Farway AI operates the Zhidatong platform ("Platform" or "Service"), accessible at https://app.farwayai.com. Zhidatong is an AI-powered overseas marketing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to help businesses manage their social media presence, build websites, and leverage AI tools for marketing.
This Privacy Policy describes in detail how we collect, use, store, share, and protect your personal information and the information obtained from third-party platforms (including Meta/Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) when you use our Service. By accessing or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

In compliance with Meta Platform Terms and Meta Developer Policies, we make the following commitments regarding data obtained from Meta's APIs:
Your data is stored on Alibaba Cloud servers located in Hong Kong SAR, China. Database backups are encrypted and stored in the same region.

You can view all your data through the Platform dashboard at any time. You may also request a copy of your data by emailing privacy@farwayai.com.
You can update your account information and business data through the Platform dashboard.
You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:
Upon receiving a deletion request, we will: (a) immediately revoke and delete all stored social media access tokens; (b) delete your account and associated data within 30 days; (c) remove all uploaded media from our servers; (d) send confirmation of deletion to your email.
You can disconnect any individual social media account at any time without deleting your Zhidatong account. Disconnecting immediately: deletes the stored access token, stops all API access to that platform account, and removes the account from your dashboard.
You can request an export of your data in a machine-readable format by contacting privacy@farwayai.com.
Where we process data based on your consent, you may withdraw consent at any time by disconnecting accounts, deleting content, or contacting us.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking cookies, or third-party marketing cookies on our Platform.
Your data is primarily stored in Hong Kong. Data may be processed in other jurisdictions when interacting with third-party services (e.g., Meta servers in the US/EU, Google AI services, OpenAI services). We ensure that any international data transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards including encryption in transit and contractual protections with service providers.
Our Service is designed for business use and is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will: (a) update the "Last Updated" date at the top; (b) notify registered users via email; (c) display a prominent notice in the Platform.
